St Mark’s Church at Englefield played host to the wedding of Pippa Middleton to James Matthews on Saturday, May 20th.

The event attracted worldwide media interest as well as visitors from near and far who were eager to catch a glimpse of the wedding party and wish the couple well. 

Englefield Estate staff alongside members of the local community worked hard to ensure the church and the village were looking at their very best for the occasion and, other than a short downpour during the ceremony, the event was blessed with blue skies and sunshine. 

The wedding ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Nick Wynne-Jones.
